CREATOZZ — SaaS Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, publishing custom layout links, or interacting with software systems hosted under CREATOZZ, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed completely by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000.

If you disagree with any segment of these stipulations, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our ecosystem services.

2. Account Handling & Handle Squatting Controls

2.1 Permitted Use & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or have authorized parental consent where local legislation demands).
  • You agree to provide true, verifiable account parameters during onboarding initialization.
  • You remain exclusively liable for operations, token usages, and updates deploying from your profile workspace.

2.2 Handle Reclaiming & Squatting Policy

To preserve fair namespace allocation inside our platform:

  • You do not possess permanent ownership rights over your profile path handle (e.g., /username).
  • CREATOZZ reserves full discretionary authority to reclaim, transition, or deactivate custom profile paths that infringe verified corporate trademarks or imitate public figures.
  • Handles left completely dormant (zero traffic, zero logins) for over 6 consecutive calendar months are subject to automated deletion or reassignment.

3. User Content & Destination Link Indemnification

CREATOZZ functions exclusively as a specialized link aggregation gateway. We do not preview, control, or monitor out-bound destinations chosen by creators.

3.1 Absolute Third-Party Link Disclaimer

You acknowledge that CREATOZZ exerts zero oversight over third-party landing pages attached to link profile cards. You link to outside properties completely at your own risk. CREATOZZ cannot be held liable for losses or damage resulting from malicious third-party locations.

3.2 Prohibited Destination Protocols

Accounts will face immediate suspension if profiles redirect to pages hosting or endorsing:

  • Phishing routines, drive-by malware payloads, or exploit distributions.
  • Unlicensed copyright piracy portals, peer-to-peer torrent arrays, or illegal streams.
  • Deceptive multi-level marketing strategies, unregulated gambling systems, or fraudulent web operations.
  • Direct violations of localized digital privacy rights or individual tracking boundaries.

4. Payments, Surcharges & Monetization Engines

  • Subscription packages bill in advance on recurring automated schedules. You may terminate renewals directly from your billing interface at any time.
  • All plan purchases are structurally non-refundable.
  • Transaction Surcharges: If you leverage native CREATOZZ commerce widgets or tips links to take money from your audience, you agree to platform micro-fees described during payment configuration, alongside any standard processor cuts (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).

5. Intellectual Property & Safe Harbor Takedowns

The software codebases, designs, theme layouts, branding identifiers, and underlying infrastructure mechanisms are the exclusive intellectual property of CREATOZZ.

If you believe a user on our network is hosting or linking to infringing materials, submit a verified Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) / Copyright Takedown Notice to our legal inbox.

6. Definite Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CREATOZZ shall never be held accountable for any lost revenues, compromised reputation metrics, data corruptions, or operational system issues.

Our cumulative absolute financial liability threshold toward any active profile shall never cross the exact financial sum processed and paid by you directly to CREATOZZ for platform services during the trailing three (3) calendar months prior to the date of your formal claim initialization.

7. Discretionary Account Discontinuations

We preserve unilateral privileges to temporarily lock down, restrict access matrices, or fully delete user accounts instantly without warning for systemic contract violations, abusive traffic generation, dashboard metric spoofing via automated bot networks, or activities causing systemic operational risk.

8. Governing Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under and governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or formal disputes stemming from system interactions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts located in the city where the corporate entity is registered.
